outlook in a few minutes. >> thanks. still following breaking news from a fairfax county this morning. police from the scene of a possible murder-suicide. the investigation under way in the 3800 block of forest grove drive in annandale. john gonzalez is there live with more details. good morning. >> good morning. we can tell you the entire neighborhood is pretty much shut down. a very intense police investigation going on behind us. around 1:00 this morning police tell us a woman inside and home behind us called police with reports of some sort of domestic problem and then shots fired outside of the home. when police arrived, they found two people inside a parked black suv in front of home both deceased from apparent gunshot wounds. police tell us at this hour that it appears to be a murder- suicide. they are domestic in nature, between a man and woman. it appears that they were

related, but they are not telling us exact relationship. police to not believe there's any threat to the neighborhood or the community here. but it is a very fluid situation as police are going through that home and trying to figure out exactly what happened this morning and interviewing the woman called police. it appears she knew the people inside the black suv. it appears to be a murder- suicide in annandale. john gonzalez reporting, abc 7 news. >> we will get more on that throughout the hour. extra security will be in place at a prince william county high school today after a threatening graffiti was found on a bathroom stall. parents of students at potomac high school in dumphries received a call telling them about the threat. the message indicated students were bringing a gun to school today. there's no evidence the threat is credible according to police. >> dozens of people camped outside the supreme court overnight hoping for front-row seats to a historic battle with. >> the court will hear the second round of arguments today over the health care overhaul,

specifically the president's insurance mandates. jummy olabanji is outside with. >> this is the day in court that many people want to see. i will step out of the way so you can see there's a lot of people who spent the night outside so they could get their chance to get a ticket and get inside to watch this historic case unfolds. this morning's 90-minute session could be the most pivotal in this landmark legal hearing. today the high court will hear arguments from both sides that will help them enter the question of whether or not the government really has the power to require every american to purchase insurance. the obama administration says the loss stopped companies from denying. denying lawyers for the other side including attorneys general from 26 states, say that freedom and individual liberty are at risk. right now the court seems divided with four justices likely to uphold the law, two likely to strike it down, and

the neighborhood watch captain george zimmerman, has not been charged. he said that he opened fire in self-defense. there have been rallies across the country calling for his arrest. students from d.c.'s school without walls will march to the white house this afternoon to call for justice for trayvon. president obama says relations between the u.s. and pakistan are restrained but it is important to get it right. the nuclear security summit is going on in south korea. 24 pakistani troops along the afghan border was a recent incident. >> pope benedict will travel to havana today. he will meet with president raul castro and possibly fidel castro. celebrated mass last night in the city of santiago. >> the prosecutors will decide

neighborhood has been shut down for several hours. around 1:00 this morning there was a gruesome discovery. a woman inside that house and called police with reports of some sort of a domestic problem and then shots were fired outside the home and when police arrived, they found two people inside a parked black suv in front of a home and both died from apparent gunshot wounds. police say this appears to be a murder/suicide, domestic in nature between an older man and a younger female. they say they are related but they're not telling us the exact relationship. it appears to be a murder/suicide domestic in nature and police do not believe the community is in any direct danger. police are interviewing the woman that called police from inside the home. they have towed to the black suv

out of here and they are going through the home to collect evidence to figure out what happened. >> thank you. we have learned extra security will be in place at prince william county high school today after threatening graffiti was found on bathroom stalls. parents of a student in dumfries were shocked by the threat. the graffiti said a student would bring a gun to school today but there is no evidence that the threat is credible. >> the supreme court will hear arguments today on the main issue in the health-care debate. yesterday's argument focused on whether an 19th century tax law prevented the justices from hearing the case now. >> the congress [inaudible]

martin. at the time of the shooting, he had been suspended from school for 10 days for marijuana possession. family members said that plays no role in what happened a month ago and a witness in the case is now tellsaying that george zimmerman was calling for help, not trayvon martin. the neighborhood watch cap to pursue the team because there had been a rash of break-ins in the neighborhood. there has been a growing outcry from coast to coast for authorities to arrest george zimmerman. florida and federal officials are investigating this. we understand there will be march held today in d.c. and that is being sponsored by the schools without walls and will take place at noon. this is as federal local officials continued to investigate. we are now two weeks away from 1 that florida grand jury will

welcome back. it is day two on supreme court arguments over the health insurance man de. >> we have details. what did we learn from day one? >> the justices certainly showed their hand that they will be hearing this case. they were dealing with a tax law and whether or not they could wait until taxes have been paid for the mandate or not. they will make a judgment. >> we are moving into day two -- what happens moving forward? >> this is the individual mandate and whether or not it is constitutional and there will be a lot of questions back and forth. it will really be about whether you will see the agreements are going to be made by the government.
